Ingredients:   1. Palak (Spinach) - 1 bunch 2. Paneer - 15 cubes 3. Tomato - 1 4. Onion small - 1 finely chopped 5. Green chillies - 4 6. Ginger garlic paste - ½ tsp 7. Coriander powder - 1 tsp 8. Cashew nut powder - 1 tbsp 9. Salt to taste 10. Sugar - 1/2 tsp   Palak paneer   Palak Paneer Preparation:   Clean and wash the spinach. Cut the green chillies into 2 or 3 pieces. Take a pan and heat with 1 tsp oil. Add green chillies and washed spinach and sugar, Sauté 2 min. Switch off the stove. Leave it to cool. Then grind spinach with salt to a fine paste. Now take a pan and heat with 1 tsp of ghee. Add chopped onions. Fry till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and coriander powder, Sauté 2 min. Add spinach paste, tomato puree, a pinch of turmeric powder and cashew nut powder. Combine well and add little amount of water. Cover it with a lid and cook for 10-15 mins. Just before switch off the stove add fried and soaked paneer cubes. Mix thoroughly. Now palak paneer is ready. Serve hot with paratha or naan.
