1. Bunch of coriander leaves

2. Ginger chopped

3. Green chilli - 2

4. Tamarind – small lemon size

5. Fresh grated coconut - 5 tbsp

6. Salt to taste

   Coriander Chutney  

Coriander Chutney Preparation:



Chop coriander leaves and blend it with ginger, green chilli, tamarind and coconut.


Finally add salt to taste.


Coriander chutney is good to be served with any kind of dosa.
