Ingredients:

 

1. Coconut grated - 1/2 cup

2. Natural yoghurt- 4 tbsp

3. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp

4. Urad daal - 1 tbsp

5. Green chillies - 1

6. Curry leaves 5-6

7. Salt to taste

8. Oil - 2 tbsp

 Coconut Chutney  

Coconut Chutney Preparation:

Grind the coconut, yoghurt and green chilli in a blender until paste.

Take a small pan and heat with 2 tbsp oil, add urad dal mustard seeds,

when they start to crackle add curry leaves. Remove from the fire and add to the coconut paste.

Add salt to taste and serve.
